About us / About the BPI 2022 conference:
BPI annual conference series, was first organized by IIT Delhi in 2013 and has since travelled to Mumbai (ICT, Mumbai and IIT Bombay in 2014), Chennai (IIT Madras, Anna University and VIT University, 2015), Mohali (CIAB Mohali, IISER Mohali, IMTECH Chandigarh, 2016), Guwahati (IIT Guwahati, 2017), Delhi (IIT Delhi, 2018), and Mysuru (CSIR-CFTRI, 2019). After two years of COVID-19 pandemic (2020 & 2021), this year the conference is being hosted by CSIR-NCL in Pune. The 8 th Bioprocessing India Conference is scheduled to be held at CSIRNational Chemical Laboratory (NCL), Pune from December 16-18, 2022. The theme of BPI 2022 conference is “Recent Advancements & Applications in Bioprocessing for Biosimilars, Vaccines and Bioenergy”. It will focus on advances in bioprocessing technologies from synthetic biology to downstream processing to scale up and continuous processing with emphasis across different verticals in the pharmaceutical products, diagnostics and bioresources. The conference will have three plenary lectures, invited talks, oral and poster presentations, workshops and panel discussions. We cordially invite all the participants who are interested in sharing their knowledge and research in the arena of bioprocessing and allied areas.
